I am made to glorify God.
The first thing that I think of when I hear this is Isaiah 63:1
They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of my splendor.
In "The Calling" Gary Barkalow explains that our calling in life is to Glorify God with the weightiness of our life. Our profession or our family roles (mother, wife, etc...) are assignments and assignments may change. But our calling does not.
